Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Panny Accessories
We deal in handmade and carefully crafted products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 Defective Products Only
In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery.
To raise a return request, an unboxing video is mandatory:
• The video must clearly show the sealed package.
• The shipping label must be visible.
• The video should be continuous (no cuts or pauses).
• The defect must be clearly visible.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
🔹 Refund Process
• Refunds are only applicable for approved defective products.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• For COD orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
🔹 No Return / No Refund / No Exchange
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:
• The product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• The product has been altered or mishandled.
• The issue is related to personal preference (color, design, size expectations, etc.).
